(Only ETCE) EVIDENT Technology Center Europe GmbH (ETCE) develops and produces intelligent software and hardware solutions for the field of microscopy as a worldwide "Center of Excellence".

As part of the Evident Customer Care Team team you will act as the first point of contact for our UK customers. Working closely with infield and in-house departments, the role will allow you to deliver a high level of customer experience. You will need to apply excellent attention to detail as well as having the ability to prioritise numerous activities. 

Key Duties

• To handle incoming customer enquiries taking ownership of the query
• To work cross-departmental where required to resolve a Customer query
• Coordinate the Customer correspondence following exhibitions/events, and work with inhouse sales associates for entry to company Salesforce     CRM system, follow up, or handover of sales lead/opportunity as required
• Coordinate at the request of Internal or External Sales, the provision of loan equipment to customers, in line with approval process
• Work on a rota creating install requests to provide efficient installation of customer equipment post shipping.
• Be proactive in speaking with our Customers keeping them updated on deliveries or queries that may arise
• Ensure in house checks for Due Diligence have been completed as per procedure, and quality of CRM information is checked periodically
• To implement and work to all applicable regulatory and quality requirements
• Work to all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental requirements related to our equipment

What skills will you hold?

•Experience working within a Customer Service team
•Working previously in B2B sales environment would be advantageous
•Knowledge of processes (Sales Coordination or Supply Chain)
•Familiar with Import/Export methods would be desirable
•Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
•System Knowledge CRM/Sales Force is desirable although full training would be provided

This is a full time position at our Stansted offices with hybrid working offered.
